The aim of the design is to bring together building sections BFA, B, and C into a cohesive quarter, while maintaining the independent identity of each component. Through characterful, differentiated façades, the ensemble gains a distinct identity, while the choice of colours and materials ensures it blends harmoniously into the wider urban context. Red serves as an identity-defining colour, shaping the outer frame of the quarter, while at the same time allowing scope for creative freedom within the central plot B. The raised point emerges at the corner, creating a striking urban landmark clearly visible from the west across the park, and marking the entrance to the quarter. With its calm yet powerful urban presence and high visibility, the ensemble achieves an appropriate and resonant level of representation. The continuous plinth with its uniform façade structure ties the entire ensemble together and, through the recurring motif of arches, signals the civic role of enlivening the public realm within the quarter. In addition to achieving a high standard of urban design and architectural quality, the project also aims for climate neutrality.
