The „Nicolo Khovanskoye“ masterplan is a proposal for a new town that will be an attractive urban home for the medium an lower income strata, where primarily a young, creative structure of society with new concepts of living and working can be formed. It is also our concept to create a commercial office complex as a solitaire on the northern entrance to the town where it is proposed that a number of the inhabitants could feasibily work. We consider the possibility to live and work in a high quality environment as attractive to employees as well as employers. The masterplan as we have developed it, will not lead to a retort city, but generate an urban quality of life, in which the diversity of architecture, landscape and squares result in a quality, which cannot be arbitrarily exchanged.
