On a prime site located in the city centre of Moscow, a new boutique hotel is to be built. The Pushkin Hotel is situated in the heartland of Moscow’s nightlife in close proximity to numerous restaurants, clubs, theatres, bars and shops. The concept of a high quality hotel environment offering an exciting venue with a mixture of uses including boutique shopping, dinning and evening entertainment is geared towards a young and dynamic clientele. The Hotel entrance is positioned on the first floor, impressivelly staged with a a grand staircase and the use of LED lighting. As as a result of this, the ground and first floor areas, which address the attractive Pushkin square, can be used for retail and gastronomy. A special aspect of the building is the façade concept: A “glass skin” that stretches over the entire length of the façade. In the evening, LED stripes which are sandwiched in the glass illuminate the immediate surroundings, giving the hotel an unmistakable identity and presence on Pushkin square.
