Two buildings are arranged around a 200 year-old beech tree in an L-shape, a wooden walkway surrounds and connects the two parts of the building. The larger building is oriented towards the street and clad with red laminated veneer timber. The smaller rear part of the building adjoins the firewall of the neighboring property. An almost completely glazed ground floor, supported by bullet-shaped concrete columns, provides a spacious commercial unit. The red wooden cube accommodates four apartments, two further ones are in the copper-clad penthouse.
