Feasabilty study, 2011

Our master plan for the Hamburg site of Philips Medical Systems DMC GmbH outlines possibilities to express the corporate identity of the leading provider of high-tech products in the healthcare, lighting and consumer lifestyle sectors in high-quality architecture. Some campus buildings will be replaced by new ones, which will complement the partly heritage-listed building complex to a new ensemble with a uniform outdoor space planning. The new campus offers a high spatial quality and an attractive working environment and can thus make an important contribution to the corporate culture and the identification of the employees with the group. Attention and interest in the Philips brand is effectively generated in the „Philips Forum“, a building centrally positioned on the “Philips Platz”. Here, the different epochs are presented under one roof: the historically important past, the exciting present, and the digital future of the group. Other buildings provide interesting insights into the production processes.
