The Emirates Tower in Dubai should not only radiate pure luxury, but also express style and quality due to its location in a well-known fashion district - a world-class luxury hotel. The building is divided into three elements, which are connected on the lower three levels in the form of a podium. The centrally positioned tower provides a connection to the existing shopping mall, its recessed position on the property simultaneously forms an entrance and a spacious forecourt. In the urban context, the 160-metre-high tower will be the most prominent building in the skyline when approaching the "Mall of the Emirates" from Sheikh Sayed Road. With its white, elaborately structured façade, the tower shines like a jewel and creates an unmistakable architectural identity that meets the standards of this high-calibre clientele and is an urban flagship for Dubai's luxurious main shopping street.
